A long and succesful history
Our company has a long and successful history. Originally as Bosta BV we started in Alkmaar Holland in 1943. In the early 1980’s Bevo GmbH was founded to meet the distinctive demands in Germany. Both companies worked together in the same way and with a similar product range. Later on, expansion of activities in the UK and Belgium led to a need for central coordination. As a result MegaGroup was established in 1998. Initially we focused mainly on central purchase power and the exchange of product knowledge.
 
Now, almost 10 years later, I’m proud to say that we have grown to a mature organisation. We have developed the Group with central functions in Finance, Marketing and HR, increasing our strength throughout Europe. Meanwhile we’ve expanded our activities in Middle and Western Europe, with our own depot in for example Austria. And towards Eastern Europe, with our own depots in Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Moldavia, Slovakia. We constantly look for new mergers & acquisitions for further growth resulting in increased competitive advantage. This makes MegaGroup a loyal and professional trading partner.
