Hydrosystems Moldava is going to a new building by the end of 2010. The new outlet will contain office space, a warehouse and a shop in one place!
Hydrosystems Moldova has started with the ‘shop principle'. They will have small shops with stock in different areas to be close to customers. The shop in Chisinau wil stay and the new outlet will also contain a big shop.

Following intensive preparations on 3 June the moment of truth had arrived: the MegaGroup/Bosta cycling team took part in the 'Alpe D'Huez' of the OPGEVEN IS GEEN OPTIE ('Giving up is not an option') foundation, a charity event in which money is collected for the Dutch Cancer Society (KWF Kankerbestrijding). The key message of this foundation is that the battle to climb the famous mountain in the Tour de France Alpe D'Huez is much easier than the battle against cancer faced by so many people. Since this is a disease that affects everyone in some way and at some time, it was decided last autumn to take part in this event with a team from MegaGroup/Bosta. The aim is for the participants in a team to climb the mountain at least six times. Of course, since 8 colleagues were taking part in the event the bar was raised a bit higher. To make it even more interesting for our potential sponsors, an objective of climbing the Alpe D'Huez at least 24 times was set, quite a challenge!
Apart from the sportive preparations, during which many a training kilometre was covered in South Limburg and in the Flemish Ardennes, time was also devoted to attracting sponsors among our suppliers, customers and friends and acquaintances. Our aim was to collect a total amount of 30.000 euros. We had not quite met that target on 3 June, but we expect to ultimately collect 28.000 euros. The entire event yielded a total in excess of 10 million euros, a superb result.
The alarm clock sounded at 4.30 in the morning, and after a good breakfast on top of the previous evenings pasta meal the team was ready to face the challenge. Even before the first MegaGroup/Bosta people had arrived at the office, we had completed the first climbs, which were to be followed by many more! Those on the home front were able to monitor our progress online. Encouraged by the large audience, disco sounding out in bend 7, live music in bend 12 and of course our helpers Kim and Nicolien, by the end of the day we had succeeded in climbing the mountain 31 times, 7 times more than our target! Everyone had at least met their personal target. An outstanding result on which we can be very proud.

From October 20 to 23 the MegaGroup companies took part in the Piscina exhibition in Barcelona in Spain. It was a pleasure to welcome visitors on our stand Bevo/Bosta.
On our stand we presented all kinds of installation materials for swimming pools, like hoses, filters, pumps, cleaning materials, etc.
The exhibition was a great success. We had the chance to welcome lots companies that already do business with us and lots of new contacts. Our ‘true blue’ stand party was also well visited. Together with visitors we enjoyed a snack and a drink and talked about our products and services.
We would like to thank all visitors, who helped making this exhibition a success. And we hope to welcome everyone on one of the other exhibitions we or our group companies participate in.

From 20 to 23 October 2009 the MegaGroup companies will be exhibiting again at the Salon Piscina in Barcelona. This is the third time we will participate in this leading swimming pool show in Spain. This year it will be even more international, with more new products and more comprehensive than ever.
All MegaGroup companies will be represented on the exhibition by the Bevo/Bosta combination. You can find us in hall 2 in stand D427. We look forward to present to you the new line of heat pumps, improved LED lights with an even higher luminosity and a complete range in measuring and cleaning equipment. In April this year MegaGroup expanded the Group with a company in Bratislava Slovakia, called Watec.
The company specializes in wholesale and import of pool and watering technics. The company has built a good name in the market in the last 10 years. At the end of January Hydrostab Bulgaria -a company of MegaGroup- opened its second warehouse in Varna. The warehouse is 750 square meters large, situated on in very good location and surrounded by most of the town’s industrial businesses.
The goal of this new project is to boost efficiency and increase the quality of service in the North Eastern side of Bulgaria. The new team is very motivated to make Hydrostab the top firm in their region!

The Piscine show in Lyon takes place every other year. In the other years the Piscina show in Barcelona takes place.
This will be the third time we take part in an international swimming pool show, of which the second time in France. This range became very successful and each year we have broadened the range. We are proud to say that in the meantime we have become a serious player in this market and the Piscine exhibitions are very important exhibitions for us. From September 30 to October 3 MegaValves International took part in the Aquatech exhibition in Amsterdam, Holland. Aquatech is the world's leading trade exhibition for process, drinking and waste water.
